This page explains what MGJ Ministries collects through this website and what happens to it. This website is hosted for MGJ Ministries by Emberline Studio, a service of Jeremy Gibson Enterprises, LLC.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site: booking requests, partnership and contact messages, and prayer requests where offered. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Giving, payments and purchases, when offered, happen on the provider's own secure pages.

How we use it

To answer you, to welcome you, and to follow up on what you asked for. Your message is stored securely and emailed to the ministry's team, and you receive an automatic reply. We never sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Emberline Studio stores form messages and sends these emails on the ministry's behalf, using its hosting, database and email delivery providers. Each receives only what it needs to do that. Videos embedded from YouTube or other platforms, and giving or payment pages we link to, are run by those companies under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Embedded videos and linked providers may set their own cookies when you use them.

How long we keep it

Prayer requests are kept for 90 days and other messages for one year, unless the ministry chooses a shorter time. Then they are deleted.

Children

This site is not meant for children to use on their own, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent may share a child's age when planning a visit. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent. Use the contact form on this site, or write to Emberline Studio at hello@emberline.studio, and your request will reach MGJ Ministries. We answer within 30 days.
